Delays:

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days from despatch – please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.

Lost Items:

Following Royal Mail’s guidelines we also consider items not recieved in 10 working days as ‘lost’. A replacement, voucher or refund will be made in these rare instances.

Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept opened/used items.

All returns must be unopened, in original condition and with all packaging intact. If a return is made and the packaging is found to have been opened prior to return, the return will be refused. Under no circumstances will LPDIFV ( Les Perfumes d’Ifti Format Voyage) offer any refund, exchange or credit facility whereby there is evidence that the goods have been used.

All fragrances offered are re-bottled/decanted by an independent bottler (Iftkhar Rashid – t/a Les Parfums D’Ifti Format Voyage). The fragrance is taken from the genuine product and is entirely independent of the original manufacturer. Products are not supplied in the retail/full bottles that may be shown in the product images.
